Thank you for your vendor inquiry into the St. Louis County Fair . The dates of the fair are July 31st through August 4th, 2024. Please complete the Vendor Application form below. This application is a registration for vendor space only. Submission of this application does not guarantee you a space at the St. Louis County Fair.
To participate as a vendor, download each of the forms below. Print and complete each form. Then, mail or email to our office using the contact information.
Once your application is reviewed, we will contact you regarding your application status. If your application is approved we will send you a contract to confirm your booth/exhibitor space.
