The Exhibitor’s Guide is a comprehensive handbook that provides all the information needed to participate in the fair as an exhibitor. It outlines entry rules, categories, deadlines, judging criteria, and important procedures. This guide helps ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone showcasing their work.

Exhibitor Fair Entry

Fair Entry will be open from June 1 to July 15, 2026.

If you require additional assistance with Fair Entry or do not have access to a computer, please contact the Fair Office at 218-254-0024 or email office@stlofair.org. Kindly call in advance to schedule an appointment. We are happy to help you enter your exhibits.

There are two options to enter your exhibits:

Horse Exhibitors & Show Participants

Forms for Horse Exhibitors & Show Participants. Everyone exhibiting a horse or participating in a horse show must complete a waiver.

All Animal Exhibitors

Code of Show Ring Ethics by the IAFE – As a member of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions, the St. Louis County Fair supports the I.A.F.E. Show Ring Code of Ethics and requests all animal exhibitors to abide by this code.  A copy of I.A.F.E. Show Ring Code of Ethics will be posted in each animal barn.  If you would like a copy of the code please click here.
