Exhibitor Guide – How to Enter

First, review the Premium List/Exhibitor Guide and decide what items/livestock you would like to exhibit. Once that is done, then follow the step listed below:

Step 1: Access the FairEntry Website

  1. Go to the St. Louis County Fair website – there you will find a link to FairEntry website for our fair.
  2. Click on “Sign In,” or “Register,” if you are a new user.

Step 2: Create an Exhibitor Profile

  1. If you’re new, click “Create an Account” and fill in the necessary information.
  2. If you’ve previously entered, log in with your existing account.
  3. Add exhibitor details (name, age, club/organization, contact information, etc.).

Step 3: Select Exhibits

  1. Choose the Department (e.g., Goats, Culinary, Fine Arts).
  2. Pick the Class and Lot that best fit your exhibit.
  3. If required, provide additional details like breed, age, or description.
  4. Upload any necessary documents or photos if the fair requires them.

Step 4: Review & Submit Entries

  1. Double-check all entries to ensure accuracy.
  2. If applicable, select a payment method and complete the entry fee process.
  3. Submit the entries before the fair’s deadline.

Step 5: Confirmation & Check-In

  1. After submission, you should receive a confirmation email.
  2. Follow fair guidelines on when and where to bring your exhibit for judging.
